How to have a cash Christmas/Hanukkah is topic Dec. 7

A free class to help people learn simple strategies behind financial decisions that will put more money in their pockets will be offered to the public from 6 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Unity Spiritual Center, 98 Rudder Road, Long Neck.

This course will help attendees learn the most common financial mistakes people make, determine what those mistakes cost over time and discover easy methods to fix those mistakes. Attendees will be given practical tools to enhance financial well-being and put an end to giving away hard-earned money. They will discuss how simple tools can make a huge difference for their financial future and create an overall plan to become financially free.

Upon completion of this class, attendees will understand the concepts necessary to thrive in the future.

The sponsor, Delaware Money School, provides experienced and well-qualified instructor Diane Heydt. Having written, spoken and taught on the subject for many years, she breaks down a complex subject to understandable layman's terms. This class focuses on steps people can take to avoid making common mistakes and be able to save money and be financially free. Everyone should be able to consult with their financial adviser on a plan for their future. This class teaches how to make better financial decisions.
