Immanuel Shelter held its largest fundraiser of the year Oct. 28. The event, Bubbles and Bites, was held at the Atlantic Sands Swan Ballroom in Rehoboth Beach. The sold-out event featured bubbles, Champagne, and bites of food. It was also a Halloween celebration with costumes ranging from pimps to priests.
