Want to learn to paint with acrylics but don't know where to start? Come to the Rehoboth Art League and get started!
In the four-week class, Introduction to Acrylic Painting, local instructor Ron Lightcap will introduce students to the fundamentals of acrylic painting, including composition, color theory and basic painting techniques while creating a dynamic and beautiful seascape. In the intimidation-free, fun and relaxed environment of the Rehoboth Art League, participants will come away with a deeper understanding of this medium and its expressive possibilities.
The class will be held Thursdays, July 12 through Aug. 2 from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m. The cost of the class is $100 for members and $135 for nonmembers.
To register for the class, go to www.rehobothartleague.org or call 302-227-8408 Ext. 112. All classes are held at the Rehoboth Art League, 12 Dodds Lane in Henlopen Acres.
