James J. Turc Jr., avid outdoorsman

James J. Turc Jr., born Aug. 8, 1941, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018, at his home in Harbeson.
He is preceded in death by his parents James Sr. and Helen Turc of Pasadena, Md., and his son, Ian Turc. He is survived by his children James Turc III, Dean Turc, Michele Pugliese-Harrington (Jim) of Pasadena, and Melanie Shearer (Matt) of Severn, Md.; three grandchildren, Alec Pugliese, Lily Shearer and Ian; and his loving sister, Geraldine “Gerry” Hamond and brother-in-law Bob of Pasadena.
Jim was an avid fisherman and hunter who enjoyed being outdoors. He worked most of his life as a tile installer in Maryland and Delaware.
Family will have a private interment.
