Janice Elaine Johnson, Solo Cup retiree

Mrs. Janice Elaine Johnson, 74, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 13, 2018, at her home in Millsboro after a long battle with cancer. 

Mrs. Johnson was born in Milford Sept. 24, 1943. She worked for Solo Cup as a trainer. She enjoyed the casinos, going to the beach, barbeques and family gatherings. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Janice is survived by her loving and dedicated husband, Henry "Jimmy" Johnson; and her children, Joey Dorey and Tammy Alexander. She is also survived by stepchildren Cheryl Dryden, Steven Knowles, Robert Knowles and William Knowles as well as 15 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 17, at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call from 10  till 11 a.m. for viewing and visitation. Burial will follow in the Millsboro Cemetery.
