Jennifer Lynn Hoffman, 30, of Seaford passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021. Jennifer was born Feb. 18, 1991 in Prince Frederick, Md.
She attended Southern Maryland Community College in Calvert County, Md., and Delaware Technical Community College where she studied nursing. She worked as a C.N.A. at Bayhealth Sussex Campus in Milford.
She enjoyed hiking in nature and at the beach. She had a passion for life, and caring for her family and patients.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Ethel and David Dill; father and stepmother, Kevin and Christina Hoffman; sisters, Rachel Hoffman and Jennifer Larsen; three brothers, David Grierson, Patrick Nelson and Robert Grierson; and her kitty, Callie.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 3, at 3 p.m., in the sanctuary of Old Paths Church of Christ, 18295 Redden Road, Georgetown, where friends may call after 1 p.m. Burial will be private. Those attending must wear a mask and adhere to distancing and gathering protocols.
