Mr. Jerry S. Mercadante, 67, of Georgetown passed away Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020, at Tidal Healthcare Nanticoke.
He worked as an EMT for Lifestar Ambulance Service for the past 18 years. He was also a life member of the Gumboro Volunteer Fire Company.
Jerry is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Vanessa Mercadante of Georgetown; and a daughter, Melody Mercadante of Newark.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Gumboro Volunteer Fire Co., 37030 Millsboro Hwy., Millsboro, DE 19966.
