John E. Bonner, member of St. George’s
John E. Bonner, formerly of Chambersburg, Pa., passed away Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017. He was the son of the late Edward and Margaret Bonner.
John retired from Letterkenny. John was a member of St. George's Chapel of Harbeson, and a member of the Masons, Grand Lodge of Delaware. He enjoyed playing softball and sang in the Barbershop Chorus.
John is survived by his wife, Joanne E. (Miller) Bonner; sister, Veronica Rorabaugh of Delaware; daughters, Michelle King (Don) of New Brunswick, N.J., Megan Criscillo (Leslie) of Palm Harbor, Fla., Robin Leonard (Barry) of Greencastle; Douglas Smith (Kathy) of New Cumberland, Pa., Perry Smith (Dorothy) of Fair Lawn, N.J., Mark Dennis (Lynn) of Brick, N.J.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by sister, Genevieve Kirchner.
A Celebration of John's Life will be held Saturday, Nov. 11, at 1 p.m., at St. George’s Chapel, 20271 Beaver Dam Road, Harbeson.
