Jack Lingo Inc. Realtor is recognizing Shirley Kalvinsky’s remarkable milestone of more than 50 years as a Delaware Realtor, honoring a career defined by professionalism, integrity, education and exceptional service to clients across Delaware.

A Realtor Emeritus and associate broker, Kalvinsky has built an extraordinary reputation throughout the First State real estate industry as a trusted advisor, respected educator and accomplished leader. 

For more than five decades, she has remained committed to her guiding principle: to render professional service while always acting honestly and ethically in serving the needs of customers and clients.

Throughout her distinguished career, Kalvinsky has earned some of the profession’s most respected credentials, including: Certified Residential Brokerage Manager; Certified Residential Specialist; Graduate, Realtor Institute; Senior Real Estate Specialist; Certified Mediator through the National Association of Realtors; Certified Instructor for the Delaware Real Estate Commission; and Certified Instructor for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.

As trainer and education coordinator for Jack Lingo Inc. Realtor, Kalvinsky has played a vital role in shaping and mentoring generations of real estate professionals. Her work as a pre-licensing and broker course instructor has influenced countless agents entering and advancing within the Delaware real estate profession.

Her exceptional contributions have been recognized through numerous prestigious honors, including: Realtor Associate of the Year and Realtor of the Year, New Castle County Board of Realtors; Realtor of the Year, three-time Educator of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement Award, Sussex County Association of Realtors; New Castle County Hall of Fame; and 5 Star Realtor.

Kalvinsky's leadership extends far beyond individual achievement. She has served the profession in numerous influential roles, including: president, New Castle County Board of Realtors; vice president, Delaware Association of Realtors; and 2nd vice president, Sussex County Association of Realtors. 

Kalvinsky continues to serve on multiple professional standards, education and strategic planning committees, helping shape the future of Delaware real estate.
In addition to her leadership and client service, Kalvinsky is also a respected voice in the industry through her weekly column, Ask Ronnie Realtor, published in the Sussex County Association of Realtors newsletter.
