Kody O’Bear to host storytime at Milton library Feb. 19

February 3, 2019

Kody O’Bear, the official ambassador for Kody’s Kids Inc., and members of his team recently visited the Milton Public Library for another fun Reading with Kody O’Bear storytime.

The children got to hear the team members read a special book picked out just for them. After storytime, the children had a short coloring project that enhanced the story. Participants got to ask Mr. Kody questions about the story and other special topics.

The Reading with Kody O’Bear class is for preschoolers 3 to 4 years old. The books are chosen to inspire the children to read and develop healthy habits.

The next Reading with Kody O’Bear storytime will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the Milton library, which holds reading classes with a variety of readers for preschoolers at 10:30 a.m. each Tuesday. The address is 121 Union St., Milton.

Kody’s Kids Inc. is a local organization with the mission of inspiring Delaware’s kids to be healthier, smarter and kinder.
