Letter: Dogs depositing on Boardwalk? C’mon people
My wife and I were walking on the Rehoboth Boardwalk the other afternoon when we came across a large, recent waste deposit left by a dog in the middle of the Boardwalk.
We were dumbstruck.
We have owned and enjoyed dogs all our life. Certain dog owners (and you know who you are) who allow their dogs to defecate on sidewalks, walking trails, the Boardwalk and the beach without cleaning up after them are disgusting persons who need to think about what they are doing.
