Letter: Rehoboth candidate outlines platform

June 7, 2019

My name is Edward Chrzanowski (“sha-nuski”). Earlier this week, I filed my nominating petition to run for the board of commissioners of Rehoboth Beach.

I am excited about this opportunity to continue to serve our community to ensure that we have a vibrant residential community, an economically sound business and commercial sector, and an environmentally stable and safe environment for the future sustainability of our city.

I want to continue to do what I have been working to achieve over the last couple of years as president of the revitalized Rehoboth Beach Main Street that has forged a partnership of residents and businesses working together to find common ground, and make positive contributions to the well-being of our entire community.  I want to draw on my business and personal experience and to contribute my energy, fresh ideas and solutions to issues to ensure that our community works for everyone.

In the coming weeks, I will be detailing my platform for our city’s future - your future!  In the meantime, I look forward to meeting and talking with you.  I will not only listen to your thoughts and concerns about our community - I will hear them.  I welcome and respect everyone’s views.  I encourage you to reach out to me at edchrz@gmail.com.

I know my last name is a challenge - so please just feel free to call me Edward “C”!

Edward J. Chrzanowski
candidate, Rehoboth Beach commissioner
