I strongly support IG Burton’s mandatory cluster ordinance.
Allowing developers to have any leeway at all in their interpretation of the current voluntary cluster ordinance language for development has consistently led to overly dense development.
This has resulted in the inevitable environmentally detrimental overly dense development which adversely affects the safety, quality of life, and economic viability of surrounding communities.
