Lewes Fall Craft Fair set Oct. 6

September 30, 2018

Fall in Lewes means the Fall Craft Fair hosted by the Lewes Historical Society. The Lewes Fall Craft Fair is well known for the exceptional quality of the craftspeople, including new and returning artists from across Delmarva and the Eastern Shore.

The 2018 Fall Craft Fair will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., at the historic campus at 110 Shipcarpenter St. in downtown Lewes. Admission to the festival is $5 per person; children under 12 are free. Proceeds from this event will benefit educational and preservation programs at the Lewes Historical Society.

Enjoy festive live music as well as delicious food from Rosenfeld’s Jewish Deli. This year’s featured artist is LaVieve Boutique, which creates handcrafted French Lavender specialty gifts, skincare and home fragrance products. Margarette and Neville Sinclair handcraft all products in their home and travel bi-yearly to Provence, France to collect French lavender.

The Lewes Historical Society invites the public to celebrate the work of over 60 talented artisans. For more details about the Fall Craft Fair or for more information on the Lewes Historical Society, contact 302-645-7670 or go to www.historiclewes.org.
