Lewes Lions award scholarships to college-bound students

The Lewes Lions Club hosted a dinner meeting at Fish On restaurant where members recognized Cape Henlopen High School seniors who were selected to receive $2,000 scholarships from the club.
This year’s winners are Vienna Iacona, Nicole Aikens, Stephanie Philcox and Isabella Leishear. They were chosen based on academic achievements and community service. Club members wish these deserving students well as they attend college in the fall.
The Lewes Lions Club is always looking for members. The club meets at 6:30 p.m. the second Wednesday of the month at Fish On restaurant in the Villages of Five Points. For more information, email Lloyd Schmitz at leweslionsclub@gmail.com.
