Lincoln woman sought on felony theft charges

A Lincoln woman is being sought after police say she stole money from an elderly woman in 2020.

Delaware State Police are requesting the public’s assistance with locating Amy Abell, 40, who is wanted on felony criminal charges, said Master Cpl. Heather Pepper of the Delaware State Police. During fall 2020, she said, Abell was hired to work for an elderly woman, and a large amount of cash was later discovered stolen.
