Local artist Leo Kahl wins Best in Show in Ocean City exhibit

Painter Leo Kahl of Ocean View netted the Best in Show award in the Art League of Ocean City’s 2020 juried art show named in memory of its pioneer Beverly Bassford. Now in its 20th year, the annual show features fine art by local and regional artists, and is still sponsored by Bassford’s family.
