The Delaware State Fair announced a Welcome Back to Live Entertainment free concert featuring three popular regional bands, Club Phred, the Funsters, and Kristen and the Noise, starting at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, July 22.
All three bands will offer a free general admission show on the main stage at the M&T Bank Grandstand.
