Long & Foster names July top agents

Long & Foster Real Estate recently announced its top agents for July.

Toni and the Schrockstars, a team with Long & Foster, has been honored as top team for Highest Dollar Volume and Most Units Sold for the Lewes office. “Toni stays in touch with her clients every step of the transaction,” said said Carol Materniak, branch manager for the Long & Foster Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices.

Toni and the Schrockstars’ members are Toni Schrock, Kathy Ellis and Sarah Mooney. Toni and the Schrockstars is a member of Sussex County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. The team was recently recognized for Long & Foster’s 2018 Gold Team’s Founder’s Club. 

Brian Donahue has been recognized as Agent with the Most Listings for the Lewes office. “Brian is well known in our community for his caring and integrity. These traits have afforded him quick success in his real estate career,” said Materniak.

Donahue has lived in the communities of Lewes, Rehoboth and Millsboro over the past 26 years and lived in the New Castle/Wilmington area for the previous 30 years. Having bought and sold numerous homes in Sussex and New Castle counties, he understands the excitement and joy that come from working with a caring and prepared Realtor.

Donahue has served the Sussex Community for many years as a teacher, coach and former principal of Cape Henlopen High School.
