The Lewes Chamber of Commerce and its Restarting Lewes’s Economy branding subgroup have developed a marketing plan to reinforce its new brand Love, Lewes.
One of the initiatives was to fabricate yard signs and sell them to the public. The students from Cape Henlopen High School’s DECA program are working with the branding subgroup members. They will be planting the yard signs as well as working on the social media campaign on Facebook at Love, Lewes, and Instagram at @lovecommalewes.
The yard signs cost $10 with a portion of the sales revenue being used to fund the marketing campaign. Signs can be purchased at the Lewes Chamber visitors center in the Fisher-Martin House in Zwaanendael Park, 120 Kings Highway, and at Lewes Wear, 109 Savannah Road. To purchase online, go to www.LewesChamber.com.
The visitor center hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday.
