Man struck by lightning in Angola

A man is in stable condition after he was struck by lightning June 9 in Angola.
The National Weather Service lists a person struck by lightning about 3:30 p.m.; Sussex County EMS confirmed that the man was outside when he was struck by lightning.
Two structures in Millville and one in South Bethany also were struck by lightning around the same time, according to the NWS website. In New Jersey, AccuWeather reports a man was fatally struck by lightning in Burlington County, making him the first lightning fatality in the U.S. this year.
The National Weather Service predicts thunderstorms in the Cape Region throughout the day and night as a cold front moves through.
