Due to the breakdown of a delivery truck, Cape Gazette subscribers in the Cape Region will not be getting their papers in the mail Friday, Feb. 26. The expected delivery date is now Saturday, Feb. 27.
The truck broke down in Milford, which meant certain post offices south of Milford did not receive papers in time for today’s delivery. Specific delivery areas include Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Milton, Dewey Beach, Georgetown, Milford, Millsboro, Harbeson and Ellendale.
Deliveries for subscribers in other areas are expected to be on the normal schedule. Newsstands were delivered to as scheduled.
