Merritt Cooch joins Patterson-Schwartz in Rehoboth

Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate announced that Merritt Cooch has joined their Rehoboth Beach sales team. She earned her degree in behavioral science from the University of Delaware and has a background in vacation rental and property management in the Rehoboth area.

Raised in New Castle, she lives in Rehoboth, is licensed in Delaware and will be working for Patterson-Schwartz in residential sales as well as property management. Coach is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, The Delaware Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
