A 43-year-old Middletown man pleaded guilty Feb. 23 to taking out charter boats near Lewes with out a license.
Sgt. Brooke Africa of Fish and Wildlife Natural Resources Police said the man had operated a charter boat on several occassions. He was cited with three counts of unlicensed fishing, she said.
He pleaded guilty and was fined $405.
