Milton Arts Guild sets holiday market Dec. 9-11
Milton Arts Guild’s popular holiday market will bring cheer and a wide selection of arts and crafts for exceptional gift-giving opportunities from Friday to Sunday, Dec. 9 to 11, at 107 Federal St., Milton.
A group of 15 MAG artists will offer guests unique items for sale. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday; 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday.
The market coincides with the opening weekend of Cool Vibes, the guild’s latest exhibit wherein MAG artists channel their seasonal spirits. An opening reception is set for 4 to 6 p.m., Dec. 11, when members of the public can enjoy the new show with the artists who created the works.
The market also coincides with the Milton Holly Festival from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dec. 10; and the Women’s Club of Milton Holiday House Tour, which runs from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m., Dec. 10.
Milton Arts Guild’s 107 Federal St. gallery is a stop on the house tour.
The Women’s Club of Milton chooses a painting each year from the guild’s winter exhibit to highlight on the cover of its holiday house tour program. This year’s cover features Anne Buck’s “Snow Day.”
