A Milton man faces drug charges after police say he was selling cocaine, marijuana and THC edibles in the Rehoboth Beach area.

Probation officers contacted the Governor’s Task Force about the sale of large amounts of cocaine from a home in the 36000 block of Palace Lane, Camelot Meadows, Rehoboth Beach, said Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe of the Delaware State Police.

Officers searched the home and found Michael R. Henry, 39, hiding under a bed. Officers also searched Henry’s vehicle, Jaffe said.

Police seized a 9mm Smith & Wesson (reported stolen out of Troop 7); 288.95 grams of cocaine; 404.38 grams of marijuana; five THC candy edibles; 10 cannabis oil vape refills; three 300 mg marijuana candy bars; six chocolate THC spoons; and more than $10,000 in suspected drug proceeds.

Henry was taken into custody without further incident, and transported back to Troop 4 where he was charged with several drug charges, weapons charges and resisting arrest.

He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $167,600 cash-only bond.
