A Milton man faces drug charges after a traffic stop March 24 near Harbeson.
Police stopped a car at 3:11 p.m. in the area of Harbeson Road and Cool Spring Road in connection with traffic violations, said Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe of the Delaware State Police.
Police smelled marijuana in the car and after a search of the car, Jaffe said, police found about .57 grams of methamphetamine, about .67 grams of hash, about 13 grams of marijuana and more than $2,300 in suspected drug proceeds.
Harry D. Johnson, 52, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, third-degree conspiracy, two counts possession of a controlled substance, two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal continuously, and failure to obey a traffic device. He was arraigned and released on $13,200 unsecured bond.
