Multiple Sclerosis research scientist addresses Sussex group

A special guest speaker addressed members of the Sussex County MS Shore Group July 11 at its monthly meeting.
Kathleen Costello, MS, ANP-BC, MSCN, a research associate at Johns Hopkins Multiple Sclerosis Center, expounded on the subjects of wellness and research. She explained the benefits of a healthy diet, exercise and maintaining a beneficial lifestyle. Costello also provided the latest information on research and new products available.
