Muscle Movement Foundation raises $10,900 in Dewey

September 26, 2018

More than 100 people raised $10,090 in the Muscle Movement Foundation Crush Course in Dewey Sept. 15 to benefit those with neuromuscular disease.

Personal trainer “Red” Ryan Ennis of Rise Fitness + Adventure in Rehoboth designed the 6-block endurance course on the beach from Dagsworthy Avenue to Collins Avenue. Participants completed a body weight exercise, such as lunges, burpees, push-ups, jump squats, full-body crunches and jumping jacks, at each station before sprinting to next station.
