Myra Oates portrait a pleasure to read

July 10, 2018

What a treat to read the Saltwater Portrait of Myra Oates of Milton! I can relate to her feelings about the “hometown” feeling one gets in the town of Milton. My husband and I have been transplants here in the Angola/Harbeson area for 16 years.

Whenever we make a trip back to our former home in Pennsylvania, we always travel up and back via Route 5 so we can enjoy that “hometown” feeling that comes when passing through Milton. There is just something tangible in the air. As Myra is fortunate to have landed in Milton, so is Milton fortunate in having such a lovely and giving community-minded person in its midst.

Thanks again for the pleasure of reading and savoring this delightful article.
