Dewey Beach Town Council approved a resolution May 15 to allow the use of town infrastructure funds for a resiliency plan to analyze the town's vulnerabilities to flooding, sea-level rise and other climate change-related risks.

Then, in April, the infrastructure committee voted to allow using infrastructure funds to pay for it.
