Nitan Soni named Coastal Style’s Best of 2020 Sussex County Realtor
Nitan Soni, a team leader with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, was recently named Coastal Style magazine’s Best of 2020 Sussex County Realtor.
Coastal Style is a leading lifestyle magazine covering the Eastern Shore. The Best of 2020 is in its eighth year of selecting the industries’ best in categories such as Healthcare, Beauty and Style, Fitness and Recreation, and Professional Services through an open voting process. Once a candidate receives the first vote, the votes continue to accumulate from former clients and business relationships.
Soni has been licensed with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty for five years and is the team leader for the Nitan Soni Group. He is also a Delaware Real Estate Commission-approved instructor and consistently gives his time to mentor new real estate agents. He has a bachelor of science degree in media and information technology, and has earned master’s degrees in education and business administration.
