Norma Lee Steele, restaurant cook

Norma Lee Steele, 50, passed away at home with her family by her side Monday, July 23, 2018.

She was born Dec. 31, 1967, in Milford to the late Emory B. and Norma V. Melson Wright. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Levis; and a brother, Jesse Wright.

Norma worked as a cook in the restaurant business. She enjoyed going to Ocean Downs Slots, playing bingo, going to the horse races, and most of all spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and sister, and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, Louis W. Steele of Dagsboro; two children, Jeffrey Wayne Bifano III and Cali Marie Bifano, both of Dagsboro; a sister, Georgianna Davidson (Donald) of Millsboro; and three brothers, Emory Wright Jr. of Georgetown, Chester Wright (Amy) of Frankford, and Donald Wright of Gumboro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 31, at St. George’s Cemetery in Clarksville. Pastor Robert Hudson will officiate.
