Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s announces top realtors for third quarter
Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to recognize its top-selling realtors for the third quarter of 2019.
Receiving honors are Kim Hamer and Liz Barnhart as the company’s overall top individual producers respectively, and The Oldfather Group and Barrows & Associates as the top-producing teams. “We are very pleased to honor Kim, Liz, Mariya and Dustin Oldfather, and Jen and Brian Barrows for their outstanding sales performance in the third quarter of the year,” said Justin Healy, broker at OA Sotheby’s. “In addition to being exceptional real estate sales and marketing experts, they are extraordinary team players and we are delighted they choose to partner with us at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty.”
The Oldfathers have carved a name for themselves in the competitive Southern Delaware and Maryland real estate markets by delivering consistent results for homebuyers and sellers, and providing superior customer service. “They have built a dynamic, thriving business that has continued to exceed expectations every single quarter,” remarked Healy. “Dustin and Mariya put a tremendous amount of time into hands-on training and coaching for their team, consistently learning and implementing new marketing and sales techniques for client success.” The third quarter of 2019 was an extremely busy time for the Oldfather Group as they sold 77 properties totaling over $30 million in real estate transactions.
Hamer is a native Delawarean and has been a realtor in Sussex County since 1998. A member of the Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty sales team for the past 15 years, Hamer listed and sold 16 properties in the third quarter of 2019, logging close to $15 million in sales volume. “This has been an extremely busy summer and early fall season in terms of real estate sales,” stated Hamer. “It’s an exciting time to be in the industry here in coastal Delaware as properties are moving quickly.”
Barnhart moved to coastal Delaware over 20 years ago after spending her childhood visiting the beach from her home in Potomac, Md. She joined the Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s team in 2012 and has earned a spot on the top producer list for the third quarter of 2019, successfully closing close to $9 million with 11 property transactions over the past three months. “We are so proud of Liz’s tenacity and professionalism, coupled with her drive for client satisfaction,” said Healy. “The sky is the limit for her continued success in real estate here at the beach.” In addition, she holds real estate licenses in both Delaware and Maryland.
The Barrows of Barrows and Associates have over 30 years of collective experience as realtors, and have been with Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty since September 2008. In the second quarter, the Barrows team successfully completed 13 transactions equating to over $5 million in volume. “The most gratifying experience for us in this business is to maintain great relationships with our clients throughout the home buying process,” says Jenn Barrows. “We are gearing up for a record fourth quarter in terms of sales volume, and many of these transactions are repeat buyers and sellers which means the world to us.”
