Children’s Beach House will host an open house from 3 to 5 p.m., Tuesday, July 23, at the Margaret H. Rollins Child Development Center, 1800 Bay Ave. in Lewes. A second open house will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 13, at CBH.

Interested families can attend to learn about the Child Development Center’s preschool program, to visit the bayfront learning environment and to meet the CDC’s skilled team of educators. The CDC is a Delaware STARS-rated Level 5 center and is licensed through Delaware’s Office of Child Care Licensing.

The CDC serves early childhood learners ages 3 and 4 who are typically developing, as well as those with developmental challenges due to speech, hearing and language delays/disabilities. All areas of development are explored in a secure, welcoming environment designed to help young children excel in language and cognitive learning, and develop the fundamental skills necessary for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Applications are now being accepted for fall 2019. Extended care programming is also available. The CDC is a Purchase of Care Plus provider.
