Parker Group broker the youngest female licensed in state history

Receiving her brokers license at the age of 28, Dodge is the youngest female broker to be licensed in the state of Delaware. Since obtaining her real estate license at age 23, Dodge has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions on some of the top teams in the region. She joined The Parker Group in 2018, and became the company’s broker of record in 2020.

Dodge has a passion for coaching sales agents, implementing emerging technologies, and using analytics to forecast market trends.  As the managing broker of The Parker Group, she is responsible for overseeing nearly 50 real estate agents. Since its formation as a real estate team in 2016, The Parker Group has roughly doubled its sales every year. This pace ranks them as one of the fastest-growing groups in the region.
