Peter E. Brown, owned Pete’s Pulpwood

Peter E. Brown, 65, of Georgetown passed away as the results of felling a tree Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018, in Camden-Wyoming.

Pete was born in Boston, Mass., Feb. 2, 1953, son of the late Peter F. and Eleanor (Parkhurst) Brown.

He owned and operated Pete’s Pulpwood for over 30 years, and also owned and operated a small engine repair business.  Pete enjoyed working outside and tinkering on anything that seemed not to work.  He enjoyed gardening, fishing, his horse and playing guitar.  

He is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary (Banks) Brown; a son, James Brown and his wife Stacy of Frankford; a grandson, Noah Brown; and two sisters, Laura Brown of Frankford and Ruth Brown of Dagsboro.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Oct. 8, at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher St., Frankford.  A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 1 p.m., also at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Millville Cemetery in Millville.
