A man who police said was dressed like a woman is sought in connection with an Aug. 29 robbery of the WSFS on Route 1 near Rehoboth Beach.

The robbery took place at 9:50 a.m. at the WSFS bank at 19335 Coastal Highway, where a thin black man in his 20s wearing tight-fitting, women's clothing and a wig walked in and gave a demand note to an employee, police said.

The employee complied, and the man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

No weapon was involved, and no one was injured.
