The final weekend for the pop-up toy shop Creative Play with 2 Paper Sisters is Friday to Sunday, July 16 to 18. Store hours are 3 to 7 p.m., Friday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
Tanger Outlets has been a gracious host, and everyone has been extremely supportive. For this final weekend, patrons can shop small, support local artisans and encourage children’s creative and open-ended play. Since there is no “right” way to play with these toys, kids ages 2-10 can express themselves free from judgment and competition.
Creative expression is encouraged with allergen-free crayons, chalk, play dough and paints. The shop can empower a child with a handcrafted cape, shield, and mask; and deepen imaginative play with masterfully detailed wooden trucks. Participants can create a calming, anti-anxiety experience with soothing sensory rice kits.
And, for those times that kids need to burn off some energy, the Pikler furniture turns any play space into a perfectly kid-sized indoor playground.
Shoppers who mention that they read about 2 Paper Sisters in the Cape Gazette will get 10 percent off one item; some exclusions apply. Creative Play with 2 Paper Sisters is located in Tanger Outlets Seaside, between Rue 21 and Eddie Bauer.
These toys are perfect for birthday gifts, summer play dates, mementos from the beach, or just because. A 5 percent portion of all purchases supports an American-based charity, and 2 Paper Sisters is passionate about encouraging kids’ imaginations and helping others. Consumers can feel good knowing that every purchase made from 2 Paper Sisters supports these values, too.
