Ralph Caldwell Bradley Jr., proud military veteran

Ralph Caldwell Bradley Jr., 77, of Rehoboth Beach passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes.  He was born July 12, 1942, in Columbia, S.C., son of the late Ralph C. and Doris (Parks) Bradley Sr. of Columbia.

Mr. Bradley proudly served in the South Carolina Air National Guard and in the U.S. Air Force . After a lifelong career with the military, he worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation and CACI. 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Bradley was preceded in death by his sisters: Janetha Irene Phillips of Taylors, S.C., Martha Ruth (Marty) Blease of Columbia, Linda Sue Wilkins and her husband Edward B. Wilkins III of Columbia; and his brother-in-law, Donald F. Callaway of Milford. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Sandra L. Bradley of Rehoboth Beach; his daughters: Monica L. Bradley of Alexandria, Va., and Tara L. Bradley of Rehoboth Beach; his grandson, Tyler C. Bradley (Casey), U.S. Air Force; his granddaughter, Tori L. Jacobson of Rehoboth Beach; his brothers-in-law: Dr. James M. Phillips of Taylors, Dr. Robert H. Blease of Columbia, Lewis Callaway and his wife Gail of Lewes, and Robert E. Callaway of Milford; and his numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.    

Mr. Bradley will be privately laid to rest at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Mr. Bradley's memory to the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company, P.O. Box 327, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971; the Sussex County Paramedic Association, 22215 Dupont Blvd., Georgetown, DE 19947, or the Beebe Medical Foundation, 902 Savannah Road, Lewes, DE 19958.
