A memorial service for Delaware State Trooper Lt. Col. Ray J. Bryan (Ret.) will be held Sunday, Oct. 4, at Crossroad Community Church at 20684 State Forest Road, Georgetown. Visitation will be at 2 p.m., with services at 2:30 p.m.
