The Sussex County Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Network hosted an engaging Breakfast Panel event April 22, at the SCAOR offices near Georgetown.

The Finding Your Voice event brought together real estate professionals to share a morning of networking, professional development and practical insight from experienced industry leaders. Panelists included Cory Mayo, Brigit Taylor and Cassie Rogerson, with moderation by José Quiñones. Attendees gained valuable strategies for strengthening their personal brand, communication skills and professional presence in an evolving marketplace.

Adding a meaningful highlight to the program, panelist Cassie Rogerson, recently named the 2026 SCAOR Good Neighbor Award winner, was recognized with a special presentation.

As part of the Good Neighbor Award, SCAOR makes a $1,000 donation to a nonprofit selected by the recipient. Rogerson chose Clothing Our Kids, a local organization dedicated to supporting children in need. The donation was formally presented during the breakfast event, with Pam Fleuette, Clothing Our Kids executive committee president, accepting on behalf of the organization.

SCAOR’s YPN continues to grow in both reach and impact, offering a welcoming and dynamic space for members at all stages of their careers. While especially popular among newer Realtors, the network is inclusive of all members seeking to expand their knowledge, build meaningful connections and engage with peers in a collaborative environment.

“YPN creates opportunities for real conversations and real growth,” said SCAOR CEO Stephanie Moody. “It’s about connecting members with each other and with leaders who are willing to share their knowledge and experience.”

SCAOR also recognizes the important role its affiliate members play in supporting YPN programming and events. Through their ongoing involvement and partnership, affiliates help enhance the experience for attendees and contribute to the continued success and growth of the network. 

The YPN Breakfast Panel is one of several initiatives led by SCAOR to support professional development, encourage engagement, and highlight the meaningful work its members do both within the industry and throughout the community.
