New Logic Marine Science Camp allows children to explore the local marine environment with exciting educational activities and interactive lessons. Degreed marine scientists and environmentalists educate campers from kindergarten through eighth grade about a variety of essential ocean topics.
The camps promote positive environmental stewardship and ignite passion in students to become the future marine scientists of the world. Focused on preservation of the marine ecosystem, the hands-on curriculum includes: shark conservation, coral reefs, pelagic fish, sea horses, dolphins and more. Activities include marine mammal rescue drills, and crab and critter cams so campers can observe what is happening in traps under the water. Campers will see marine life firsthand during seining demonstrations.
