Rehoboth’s Hotel Carlton property getting facelift

The Rehoboth Avenue property that used to be home to the Hotel Carlton is getting an exterior facelift. According to a building permit issued by the city Feb. 25, work includes replacing windows, weather seal, trim, brick grout and coating the brick. The Shirt Factory is currently located on street level of the building, which is otherwise vacant.
