Rehoboth employees earn utility management certification

Rehoboth Beach announced July 31 that three employees of the city’s water department have recently been certified in utility management.
Ryan Walsen, David Marvel and James Kersey received their certification through the Delaware Rural Water Association’s Water University.
The Utility Management Certification Program is designed to enhance the financial, managerial, and operational effectiveness of water systems across the country and to create a national designation for qualified utility managers.
