Rehoboth Main Street seeks nominees for Cottage & Town Awards

Rehoboth Beach Main Street’s Design Committee has announced the return of the coveted Cottage & Town Awards. The Cottage & Town Awards recognize residential and commercial property owners who contribute to the charm, beauty and history of Rehoboth Beach through Architectural and Landscape Architectural Renovation-Restoration-Preservation.

According to Greer Maneval, chair of the Cottage & Town Awards Committee, “We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking nominees for our 2019 awards.” Winners will receive a beautifully embossed bronze plaque for their home or business. Categories include: Residential Renovation-Restoration Preservation; Commercial Renovation-Restoration Preservation; and Landscape Architectural-Renovation-Restoration Preservation.

Nomination form, guidelines and eligibility to participate can be found on the Rehoboth Beach Main Street website, www.downtownrb.com.
All nominations must be received by 5 p.m., April 15. It is recommended that they be emailed to MSTCAward@gmail.com, or mailed to Rehoboth Beach Main Street - Cottage & Town Awards, P.O. Box 50, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.

The Cottage & Town Awards presentation will be held at The Pines Restaurant, 56 Baltimore Ave., Rehoboth Beach, Sunday, May 5, 1 to 3 p.m.
