Rehoboth trying to ‘stack the bench’

With regard to Commissioner Coluzzi’s comment that “it is the job of the mayor to nominate board and committee members, and the job of the commissioners to vote on them,”  this is correct, but to rush an appointment to the board of adjustment, or to stack the bench during a transition period, is a sign of poor judgment and unethical.

What you have done is morally wrong.
