Residential subdivision sells near Milford
Wesley Cox, CCIM senior advisor with SVN-Miller Commercial Real Estate, recently represented the buyer of a residential subdivision situated between Georgetown and Dover.
The first phase of the development will contain 65 lots, with the second phase containing 50 lots.
Cox said, “With the near saturation of new development in eastern Sussex County, this project will offer a new, lower-priced, top-of-the-line product for the Felton and Milford communities. With the rebirth of downtown Milford, labeled Rivertown Rebirth Plan, we expect this to be a successful project.”
