Reverse Aging in the New Age program to meet May 1, 15 at Milton library

April 28, 2019

The Milton Public Library will host Reverse Aging in the New Age, a two-part lecture program, at 1 p.m., Wednesdays, May 1 and 15.

Presenters will be Dr. Uday Jani, integrative medicine physician; Dr. Carolyn Trasko, integrative health specialist; and Lesslee Dolan, weight-loss and fitness coach. Attendees will learn how to reset their age clock and feel younger in body and mind. The negative effects of aging are not inevitable. People do have a choice to use movement, nutrition and a positive mind-set to help reverse the aging process.

Topics to be covered include the latest genetics research, gut microbiome, nutrition with impact, mind/body techniques for self-care, movement to prevent falls and osteoporosis, stress-reduction strategies and the power of a positive mind-set. Participants will receive important take-home materials.
