Robert G. Kelley, owned service stations

Robert G. Kelley of Millsboro passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes. He was born in King William County, Va., in 1934 and resided in Montgomery County, Md., where he was a plant manager for the C&P Telephone Company and then founded Syscon Sales Corporation, later moving to Sussex County where he owned and operated two service stations in Seaford and Selbyville until his retirement in 1995. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley Kelley; daughter, Sheri Milutin and son-in-law Kenneth Milutin; daughter, Deb; grandson, Shawn Hunt and his wife Beth Hunt; and three great-grandchildren, Hailey, Tyler and Katelynn.

A Private Service will be held Monday April 29, for immediate family members, and interment will be at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery in Millsboro.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the SPCA.
